I'm really glad you're here.

The quote above from Dolly Parton is one of my favorites. Getting to know myself - my real, authentic self - beneath all the masks society has me (and probably you) conditioned to wear to be acceptable, lovable, presentable, has been my greatest challenge and also pleasure for a few years now. 

Human Design and the nervous system have played a huge role in that (if you want to know how the two go together, I wrote about that here or here). 

In 2025, I more or less accidentally (although there's no such thing as "accidental", is there?) found my way to teaching Human Design in a way that is applicable and practical. And now we're here.
